SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to the customer via the shipping confirmation email. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All items will be delivered via email for immediate download. You will have 25 days to download your files. At that time if your link expires, you will need to contact us at info@thedigitalmidwife.com, and we can send you a new link for an administrative fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final on shipped products and digital products. NO DIGITAL PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED.


EXCEPTIONS:
Due to COVID 19 we cannot accept any returns at this time even those that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or shipping. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you, the customer will be able to keep that product, and we ship the correct product if contacted within 30 days of the original purchase. 

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If a new item needs to be shipped out, it will be at the buyer’s expense.
